Job Title: Corporate Personal Assistant Location:Knutsford Salary/Rate: £215 - £265 Inside IR35 Start Date: 21/07/25 Job Type: Contract Until 31/12/25

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Corporate Personal Assistant to deliver high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives: The successful candidate will be a meticulous and discreet professional with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Executive Support: Manage and optimise executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments with both internal and external stakeholders. • Travel Management: Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and creating detailed itineraries. • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. • Confidentiality: Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. • Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks and errands as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily operation. • Event Coordination: Plan, organise, and manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled professionally. • Email & Communication Management: Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive, prioritising based on urgency.

Required Skills/Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience:
• Proven track record in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in fast-paced corporate environments. • Extensive experience in managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and optimising time for maximum efficiency. • Expertise in domestic and international travel coordination, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries. • Strong experience in preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence. • Comfortable handling confidential documents with utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times. • Skilled in stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless interaction between executives and internal/external parties. • Proficient in managing personal tasks and errands to support executive's daily operations. • Experienced in event planning and coordination, ensuring smooth execution of meetings, conferences, and events. • Excellent in managing emails and phone communications, prioritising based on urgency and importance.

Skills:
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Attention to detail in all aspects of communication and documentation. • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and organised approach to tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and other office tools.
